7,3′,4′-Tri-O-methylluteolin (5-Hydroxy-3′,4′,7-trimethoxyflavone), a flavonoid compound, possesses potent anti-inflammatory effects in LPS-induced macrophage cell line mediated by inhibition of release of inflammatory mediators, NO, PGE2, and pro-inflammatory cytokines. 7,3′,4′-Tri-O-methylluteolin significantly induces reduction in the mRNA expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2^[1].

  以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL 20% 的 SBE-β-CD 生理盐水水溶液中，混合均匀。
