RIPK1-IN-12 is a potent RIPK1 inhibitor. RIPK1-IN-12 inhibits necroptosis in both human and mouse cells, with EC₅₀ values of 1.6 and 2.9 nM, respectively^[1].

RIPK1-IN-12 (Compound 58; 24 hours) demonstrates potent anti-necroptotic activity (EC₅₀=1.6 nM in HT-29 cells and EC₅₀= 2.9 nM in L929 cells)^[1].
