EGFR 酪氨酸激酶抑制剂——吉非替尼



　　吉非替尼是表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）酪氨酸激酶的选择性抑制剂。EGFR 在癌细胞中过量表达，与癌细胞的增殖相关，因此 EGFR 酪氨酸激酶抑制剂可作为癌症治疗药物。吉非替尼通过抑制 EGFR 酪氨酸激酶自身磷酸化，阻碍癌细胞增殖相关信号通路，从而达到抑制癌细胞增殖的效果。对比野生型 EGFR，吉非替尼能够实现更低浓度地抑制变异型 EGFR 的活性。
