细胞衰老的特征
近几年发现了细胞衰老及具有致癌因子的衰老相关分泌表型(SASP)。在干细胞等领域均发现有衰老现象,在各领域的衰老研究受到越来越多的重视。
通过不同指标评估衰老细胞
在不同传代数的WI-38细胞中,使用不同的试剂盒分别评估细胞的SA-ß-Gal活性,线粒体膜电位和细胞代谢情况(葡萄糖和乳酸)。在衰老细胞中,SA-ß-Gal活性增强,线粒体膜电位降低。其上清液中葡萄糖和乳酸的消耗量等代谢指标有所增加。
