方法:用PBS(图A)或IL-33(抗氧化)(人)(重组)(未标记)( AG-40B-0160 )(图B)每天注射C57BL / 6小鼠3天(每只小鼠0.4μg),在第4天,将来自骨髓的细胞染色并通过流式细胞仪分析,结果显示了天然淋巴细胞(门控为阴性对照,CD127阳性细胞)上ST2和KLRG1的水平。
