硝基呋喃类（呋喃西林、呋喃妥因、呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮）是呋喃系合成抗菌剂，一般作为兽药用于治疗细菌感染，但多个国家禁止其用于食用动物身上。

和光提供可用于分析硝基呋喃的各种标准品和分析柱、萃取用硅藻土色谱柱。

样品以日本厚生劳动省公告实验法的“呋喃妥因、呋喃它酮和呋喃唑酮试验方法”方法调整。
